Hero Moto Corp is the new name of world's largest two-wheeler manufacturer Hero Honda. Hero had split up their relationship with honda, and it has launched its new name and logo in london through a grandeur function. Oscar award winner A.R.Rahman had composed the theme song "Hum Mein Hai Hero" for Hero Moto Corp. Hero Impulse and Hero Maestro are launced in the same function in london.
Hero Impulse is an off-road type vehicle. It has attractive body design, high raised muffler, slender seats, smaller wheels with wider tyres, highly blended graphic stickers on it. Hero Impulse comes out in five different shades,

Hero Impulse 150 has unique styles like new stickers in the body, with five different shades, good insturment clutch and more. But impulse has the same design of Honda NXR 160, which is currently in sales in Brazil. The only difference any one can find is the different stickers and different company name on it. Even if the raised mudguard is attractive, it is too much raised, so that the raised mudguard fails to be a mudguard, as mud can easily stickes to the tyres. Cost and Performance:
- Hero Impulse cost Rs.78,000 on-road(can vary).
- Impulse is a good performing bike, because it has high power generating engine.
- It has efficient suspension systems.
- Front wheel has disc brake, while rear wheel has drum brake.
- Mileage is around 40 - 45Kmpl.

Impulse seems to be bit costlier for its performance. Bike could also have disc brake in the rear wheel also, for better safety of the bike and rider. Alloys would be better used, since most of the bikes today use alloy as it is light weight, and so more fuel efficient. Impulse tyres are not tube less tyres, which is a drawback.Overall View:
- Stylish only on first look.
- Attractive design feartures and good comfort.
- No alloy wheels, which almost all the bikes have today.
- Doesnot have tubeless tyres.
- No low battery indicator, no low fuel indicator, no low oil indicator, no air choke filter, no high temperature oil indicator.
On the first look, bike seems to be attractive, but after became indifferent, as it doesnot make any considerable market for Hero Moto Corp.
